With each 10’x10’ booth, you receive:

  • Two (2) full-meeting registrations for company representatives and opportunity to purchase one (1) additional registration for your company representative for $845
  •  Listing on Technology Conference & Expo Website
  •  Listing and 25-word company description in official on-site program materials (if received before posted deadline)
  • Pre and Post Show Attendee Mailing lists exclusive for exhibitors only to help you pre-promote and follow-up with qualified buyers


PLEASE NOTE: Booth sales will open July 12th at 11am EST. You will be able to purchase a booth right online using a major credit card and paying the required 50% deposit. If you need to pay via check, please download the Application and Contract for Space below, fax us your contract with a copy of your check payment and then mail to the attention of: Kelly Price, Exhibit Manager, ASAE & The Center, 1575 I Street, NW, 11th Fl., Washington, DC 20005. There will not be a lottery for space selection this year. All booth assignments will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis when booth sales open. We will notify you via email with the booth sales link for your convenience. If you would like to receive the notification email, please send an email to the Exhibits Team: exhibit@asaecenter.org.
