Welcome Exhibitors & Prospects!

The Technology Conference & Expo is a once-a-year opportunity for you to get your business in front of the day-to-day technology decision makers of associations. Over 1,000 association executives attend this conference in hopes of gaining knowledge, purchasing and learning about new products or services, and networking with their peers. As an exhibitor - you are encouraged to attend learning sessions alongside attendees, you may learn something new as well as offer your expertise to the group. The variety at our conference is something not to miss!

Our New Location for 2014 is sure to be a crowd pleaser. We will fill your day with learning sessions and exhibit hall hours. After conference events, feel free to explore National Harbor activities!

Booth Pricing Structure

Shared booth cost per company (member/non-member): $1,675/$2,175
10x10 inline booth (member/non-member): $3,000/$3,500
10x10 corner booth (member/non-member): $3,200/$3,700

Booth Selection Process:

Booth selection is first-come, first-serve. All contract submissions must be accompanied with the minimum required 50% deposit of your total booth fees. Exhibitors will then have 45-days to submit final payments for remaining balances. There will be an option to submit your contract right online using a major credit card (MC, Visa, AMEX, Diners Club and Discover are gladly accepted!). For those needing to pay by check, you must fill out our paper form using the "Purchase Booth - Pay by Check" option above. Please send your completed contract to and include your top three booth options.

All interested exhibitors can view the live floor plan. We will be at a new venue for 2014: the Gaylord National® Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, MD.
