We regret to inform you the 2010 Technology Conference is canceled. Because of the record snowfall in the Washington, DC area and more inclement weather in the forecast, we have decided to cancel the event.
The Technology Conference is our third largest annual event, celebrating its 5-year anniversary this year. This was an extremely difficult decision. We know this is an important event for you and that many of you have made significant investments to participate in the show. But with the already poor road conditions and the strong likelihood that the ability to travel by land as well as air will become even more difficult, our decision was based on the safety of attendees, exhibitors, staff and guests attending the event.
We made the decision as early as possible to give you the best opportunity to change your plans and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We will refund all registration, exhibitor and booth fees and want to make sure you are satisfied with our service. We also appreciate your patience processing refund transactions as it may take us a little longer than usual given the circumstances.
Refunds will be processed by way of your original method of payment.
